By placing a booking through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all event bookings, party hire items, décor services, and experiences offered through our website.

  1. Bookings
  • All bookings must be placed through our website.
  • Availability displayed on the website is subject to confirmation.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once the required deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
  1. Payments
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Any remaining balance must be paid before the event date unless otherwise agreed.
  • Failure to make payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.
  1. Delivery & Collection
  • Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance travelled and will be displayed during checkout.
  • Selected items are available for collection.
  • Customers selecting collection are responsible for collecting and returning items at the agreed times.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges.
  1. Setup Services
  • Certain products, including but not limited to bubble houses, balloon installations, and 360 camera experiences, include setup services.
  • Other products are designed for self-setup and will include instructions where applicable.
  1. Customisation
  • We offer customisation options for selected décor items.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding colours, themes, names, and other custom requirements.
  1. Damage & Loss
  • Customers are responsible for all hired items from collection or delivery until return or collection by us.
  • Any loss, theft, damage, or excessive cleaning required may result in repair, replacement, or cleaning charges.
  • Where applicable, deductions may be made from the refundable damage deposit.
  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible and are subject to availability.
  1. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or services.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
